Blue Danube Properties LLC was established in 2007 with the mission to provide beautiful single family homes in the Milwaukee area. Our properties are located in Ozaukee, Milwaukee and Waukesha County.
Our Story
Blue Danube Properties LLC was established more than 15 years ago as a family owned business. We are more than just a housing provider. We want to make a positive impact on lives and neighborhoods. We engage in the communities in and around Milwaukee we invest in. Our goal is always to provide value, not only for our residents, but also for their neighbors and the community as a whole.
Our properties are well maintained, we perform annual inspections and preventative maintenance. Curb appeal is equally important to use as the interior and we emphasize well maintained exteriors in summer and winter, because adding value to neighborhoods matters to us and to our residents.
