On that note we'd like to point out that the buyer is a licensed real estate agent in Wisconsin and a member of the National Association of Realtors.

We typically buy "as-is" so you do not have to make any repairs and you can even leave unwanted personal property behind. We will either donate it to Goodwill or dispose it responsibly. The title company will reach out to you for the closing, explain all the paperwork to you and after the transaction has been completed hand you depending on your preference either a cashiers check or wire funds to an account designated by you.
